A self-set tree had grown rapidly and caused havoc with Mr D's rear garden fence which bordered his property and a multi-occupation car parking area and it needed to be replaced.

Having established that the tree was not covered by a TPO we sent in a tree surgeon to remove the tree and then cleared the remains into a skip and generally tidied the area. We then replaced the fence.
